I’ve been to many walk-in clinics over the years and Dr. Proud is by far the best physician I’ve seen in Ottawa. She is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
I’ve had AMAZING experiences with two of the doctors at this clinic. I’m always so pleasantly surprised to find understanding and personable doctors. Very knowledgeable as well.
The staff, however, tend to be more surly and much less personable. I understand it’s a difficult profession and it’s high demand.
The wait-time is average for Canadian clinics in cities. I have no complaints for that.
In summary: Great doctors, Okay Staff, Normal Wait-time.
